Do you sell outside of Canada?
Yes, we sell to Canada and the United States.

What brands do you sell?
Primarily, we embellish American Apparel products. We also use King Athletic Apparel (made in Canada) for a few items. The product brand used is indicated on each Wake Up Smiling Apparel product page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

What is the best way to make sure I get the right size?
Please check with the sizing charts provided on each product page. Keep in mind that American Apparel fits smaller than most popular brands, so check the charts to get the best fit.

Can I pick up my order locally, instead of having it shipped?
Yes, when you go through the checkout process, you will be able to choose to pick up your order locally. At checkout, a notice will be sent letting you know to call to arrange your pickup time.

What are your shipping options?
We use Canada Post for shipping. They offer a variety of prices that include tracked or non-tracked letter or parcel mail. The shipping options and pricing will be displayed during the checkout process before you input your payment information. For more details see our shipping information page.

How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive a shipment notification email (and tracking number if you have chosen that option) when your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Canada Post's delivery times depend on the shipping option and other circumstances, such as Covid-19 delays or holiday demand.
