RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGES

You can exchange an order, minus shipping and handling. You have 15 days from the day you receive the package to initiate an exchange. The exchanged item must be unworn and unwashed; it must be in the same condition that you received it in. Here’s how you make an exchange:

  1. Request an exchange by emailing us at info@smilingapparel.com (please include your order #, email address associated with your order, and what you wish to exchange).
  2. We will email you confirming your exchange.
  3. Mail your returned product to us at:

  1. When received by us, we will mail your requested exchange.

 
RETURNS

If you wish to return a product for a full refund, minus shipping and handling, you may do so. You have 15 days from the day you receive the package to initiate a return. The returned item must be unworn and unwashed; it must be in the same condition that you received it in. Here’s how you make a return:

  1. Request a return by emailing us at info@smilingapparel.com (please include your order #, email address associated with your order, and what you wish to return).
  2. We will email you confirming your return and recommend the best postage option for returning the product. Please mail your return to:

  1. When received by us, we will email a refund notification to you. Please wait for 1-2 weeks for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.


PRODUCT FLAWS

If you receive a flawed item, please send a photo of the flaw and a note indicating your request to info@smilingapparel.com to initiate the process.
