Wake Up Smiling Apparel is currently selling and shipping within Canada and to the United States.

We use Canada Post for shipping and offer a variety of rates. The shipping options and rates are displayed before you input your payment information during the checkout process.

Here are some examples of what we offer through Canada Post:

Shipping within Canada

Lettermail (not tracked), depending on weight of product: from  $1.25 - $4.75

Flat Rate Box, (tracked) depending on number of items: from $19.25 - $24.60

We also offer shipping rates for Expedited, Xpresspost, and Priority (all types are tracked). These rates vary and will be calculated during the checkout process. To find the shipping cost, place item/s into the shopping cart and go to checkout. Shipping calculations will be shown after the destination address is added. Please feel free to check on shipping costs without any obligation to proceeding with an order.

Shipping to the United States

Lettermail (not tracked), depending on weight of product: from  $1.40 - $11.25

We also offer shipping rates for Expedited Parcel USA, Xpresspost USA,  Tracked Packet USA (tracked), and Small Packet USA Air (not tracked). These rates vary and will be calculated during the checkout process. To find the shipping cost, place item/s into the shopping cart and go to checkout. Shipping calculations will be shown after the destination address is added. Please feel free to check on shipping costs without any obligation to proceeding with an order. Please be advised that if there are any duties applied by Border Customs for cross-border shipping, the customer is responsible for paying this fee.

Covid-19 Delays
Covid-19 note: Canada Post asks customers to expect delays due to increased parcel volumes and safe protocol implementation.

Not Tracked and Tracked Shipping
Not Tracked
With shipping that is not tracked, please be advised that Canada Post may be experiencing longer delivery times. It may take up to 3 weeks to receive your package. If the package is not delivered because it is lost or stolen, or the customer has mistakenly given an inaccurate address, we are not responsible for refunding purchases and/or shipping/re-shipping costs.

Tracked
With tracked shipping, the customer will have access to the delivery status of their package. If the package is lost or damaged, a claim must be made directly with Canada Post. Wake Up Smiling Apparel will provide assistance if/when it is required by Canada Post.

Damaged Items
